Objective
This one-day FRM training program will raise awareness of fatigue and mitigate its associated hazards in the workplace.
Description
The workshop will provide participants with the tools necessary to identify warning signs of fatigue, apply effective countermeasures and make life choices conducive to long term fatigue management. The subject matter will be explored with reference to individual as well as organizational implications within an SMS framework to proactively manage these risks. Contributing factors such as sleep awareness, food, water, caffeine, drugs, exercise, commuting and work schedule design will be discussed along with an in-depth review of time management and life balance.
All aviation managers and flight crews are encouraged to attend along with their technicians.
