Description

This one-day, 8-hour workshop will outline the characteristics and motivators of the four key generational groups in today’s workforce: Veterans, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y. A discussion of benefits and challenges associated with a multi-generational work team will be followed by an introduction of strategies for maximizing these working relationships. Accountability and best leadership practices are studied as the two cornerstones of management excellence in the organization.
