Specializing in Human Factors in Aviation, Safety
Management Systems, FRMS and Leadership Workshops.

In our industry we have countless people who are skilled in management and who can plan the workday, week, month and year, with very little time wasted, and all within budget.  The role of leaders in aviation however, involves coaching, mentoring, motivating and influencing others in the workplace.  This workshop will delve into these behaviours and see how closely knit they are with employee commitment, loyalty, motivation, pride and productivity than does any other variable.

Objective

  • To explore the impact of leaders and mentors on those in their sphere of influence.
  • To provide a solid foundation in the laws of leadership.

The case studies reviewed in the workshop reveal culture issues.

The Leadership/ Company Safety Culture Assessment (on Day 2) is fun and engaging, yet it challenges the participants to have open discussions about leadership principles and values.  It is designed to help leaders identify the strengths and areas for improvement within their leadership teams, it helps organizations increase their effectiveness and improves their leadership awareness.  This assessment with your most influential leaders will bring about positive change through communication and connection and introduce the timeless principles of the kind of leadership that creates positive workplace safety culture that you desire. Class size is limited to 12 of key personnel in your group.

John Maxwell Leadership Assessment is facilitated by Richard Komarniski, Certified John Maxwell Trainer.
