To provide aviation managers, technicians and flight crews with the tools necessary to understand human behavior, address conflict, prioritize time and ensure integrity.

Description

This one-day, 8-hour workshop is designed to give employees and their managers the skills to work together through pressure, differences in personalities and deal with conflict. In this workshop we will examine the role of integrity in the development of safety nets to avoid disastrous errors. The participants will be exposed to the error investigation tool “MEDA” Maintenance Error Decision Aid.
