This one-day workshop will illustrate the requirement for synergy between management and employees to create a culture that will foster appropriate workplace attitudes.  The focus of the workshop is to provide the attendee with an understanding on how a number of human factors such as fatigue, communication, stress and company culture will affect the attitude of an employee.
