Description

This is a one-day study on the risks associated with failing to follow performance standards already in place by regulatory, manufacturer’s and operator’s procedures.  We will examine the importance of making procedures engaging and creating a culture of accountability.  Effective countermeasures will be identified to ensure procedures are followed.
